I started my career as a photographer during my junior year of high school in 2013. I had no formal education in photography and film making. As a matter of fact, I studied Aeronautical Science, a fancy way of saying flying airplanes. Little did I know that a single google search that made me fall in love with photography, and editing video games footage, would not only help me create a business that made me happy, but also change I approached my many other passions in life.

I get it friends, there are some days where it fees like you are just going through the motions. You constantly ask yourself, “Am I really cut out for this?” Doubt, fear, and anxiety start to creep in while you contemplate all the what ifs. I’ve been there myself: the fear of failing publicly when […]

I know, it’s something you dread. We absolutely love what we do, but figuring out how to price our skill can leave us like SpongeBob when he forgot his name. I get, when I first started I was right there in your shoes. I didn’t want to work for free, but I fell into imposter […]

Dear Newbie, So you’re a new photographer huh? You’re entering a saturated market no doubt. You have competition up the wazoo, and there are a million articles telling you what to do. There are rules you are told not to break, every blog topic seems to be taken, and you are struggling to find your own […]

Marti and I date back to 12 hour long diving meets fueled by her amazing caramel corn! Her daughter (Morgan) and I were divers back when I first started. Even when I switched teams, Morgan and I still hung out and ate the delicious treat. We were and still are friends to this day. She […]

It wasn’t long ago that I sat sitting homeless in a hotel wondering how I was going to feed my family and my dog. Although I’m only 20, I have learned a lot about overcoming adversity for the sake of reaching goals. I get you: I get the doubt, I get the struggle, I get […]

It’s that time weird time of the year where we reflect: reflect on all the things we were proud to accomplish, and all the things we… well, didn’t accomplish. This often leads to us making some new promises to our selves: New Years Resolutions. The new year ushers in this feeling of excitement. A clean […]

So here you are, you’ve decided to pursue the passion your heart loves the most: perhaps a goal or a business idea. You’ve done all your base work, you’re dedicated, you show up everyday and put in work… but things are stagnant. You feel as if you’ve failed. Maybe even pedaling backwards. You feel as […]

We decided to meet up at Starbucks in Daytona Beach after a few quick Instagram conversations! (It happened, it finally happened! I made a real life friend through social media! Check on the bucket list!) We talked about how we got into photography and why we do what we love. I asked Kris what made […]

1. Things won’t always go as planned… And that’s okay: have your goals, but allow the path you take to change as needed. This wonderful piece of advice came from my flight instructor when her disgruntled student was struggling with landings. I was hard on myself. The frustration set in, which caused me to perform […]

You’re alarm goes off… the constant blaring of your favorite song, annoying noise, or ironically, something very peaceful is now the epitome of the sounds you despise in the morning. Let’s keep it real. We are not all morning people (and we sure don’t all wake up happy every morning despite what your social media feed might […]
