After we have gathered all the information pertaining to the production, brought the vision to complete fruition, and analyzed the crew needed for the scope of work, we will send you our customized proposal and contract to make the project official. This is where we can finalize all the tiny details such as the day of production, the post production time frame, crew size, al la carte photography services, the final delivery date, etc. This is also where we can sit down and fill you in on exactly where you investment is going, and our teams goals for the production.

As you can tell, planning is an essential part to our processes. At this point, we've talked the project as much as we can, it's time to start planning out the vision frame by frame. This is where we will compile a story board for the project. This allows us to know exactly what and who is needed. For example, the owner of a business or a brand might want to have interviews as part of the final video. Knowing who will be in those interviews and what they will talk about ahead of time, makes the project run much smoother. Furthermore, while some projects can be shot in a natural environment, some are also shot on sets or in studios. If that's the case, this is where we will work with the art department if needed. We're looking at every single aspect of the shoot, and editing it down until an efficient actionable plan.

This is it, we've arrived at the finalization deadline. We've done all the planning we can; and at this point, we're going to make sure we are all on the same page with respect to the final action plan, story board, and other details. It's time for us to go and create something awesome. Something that's going to resonate with your audience and be the best digital handshake between your audience and your brand, your story, or music. Final timelines will also be sent out during this period assuring that everyone is where they need to be!

finalization & production

After our day(s) of working together come to an end, it's time for the post production time frame to start. This will vary from project to project. Some project may only require a week of post production, while others, like a feature film, may require upwards of 4 weeks. During this time, our team will give you status updates on the project. After the Directors Cut has been produced, we will the work with you to fine-tune any aspects of the project that you may want to see changed. After everything has been squared away, we will deliver the video in a tangible form.
